Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, together with a signed Booking Form.

Price and payment:
The Price shall be the price set out in the Florist's quotation and includes the specified Flower Requirements as set out in the quotation. The Price is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. The balance is due 21 days prior to the Delivery Date - unless otherwise agreed and signed on the booking form and will only be in cases of a fixed contract or a short notice booking. In the event of non-payment the Florist reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Flower availability and substitution:
All flower products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of any supply difficulties, the Florist reserves the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
Photographs, colours, samples and flower variety names set out in the quotation are supplied as a guide only.

The Florist will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the Delivery Address you provide. It is very important that you ensure that the Delivery Address you provide is accurate, and that you give Alternative Delivery Details to assist location of difficult-to-find addresses. It is also very important that you keep us informed if you find that the Delivery Address changes prior to the Delivery Date. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for non-delivery or late delivery of your order due to any omission or inaccuracy in the Delivery Address or Alternative Delivery Details provided by you.

Damaged Flowers:
Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged. If you receive damaged flowers, please contact the Florist immediately. The damaged flowers must be retained for the Florist's inspection.

In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so in writing at least 21 days prior to the Delivery Date. Unfortunately you are not entitled to cancel your booking once the goods are in transit.

Except where the Florist's negligence results in personal injury or death, the Florist shall not be liable for any loss or damages that are an indirect or secondary consequence of any act or omission of the Florist and the Florist's maximum liability to the Customer under this Agreement will be for direct costs and damages only and will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
